Non, tu n'as pas compris. Relis l'article.

Les 3 reprints sont en ultimate, donc elles sont toujours dans chaque tin comme The Shining et Terra-Byte dans le mini tin 2012. Les 21 news cartes sont en Ultra/Super, donc un tin contient 11 cartes (random) : 4 Ultra et 7 Super.
